These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the text-messaging program operated by Takoy Designs. By opting in to receive text messages from Takoy Designs, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description
Takoy Designs uses SMS to send consultation reminders and promotional SMS to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Message types include:
- Appointment and consultation reminders
- Consultation follow-ups (quotes, samples, next steps)
- Compliance audits and account verification messages
- Occasional promotional offers related to window coverings
How to opt in
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form at takoydesigns.com/consultation and providing your mobile phone number, or by verbally confirming consent during a call or in-home visit. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive messages related to your active consultations, appointments, and quotes.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Takoy Designs is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers
Compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Takoy Designs does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by Takoy Designs and the messaging providers strictly required to deliver those messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
