1. Services

Takoy Designs provides consultation, sales, measurement, and installation of custom window coverings — including shades, blinds, drapery, and shutters — for residential and commercial clients. All quotes are estimates until confirmed in a signed order.

2. Quotes, orders & payment

• Consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation.
• Custom products require a deposit at the time of order.
• Because products are custom-made, orders are non-refundable once production begins.
• Balance is due at completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Takoy Designs will assist with warranty claims. Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the installation date.

4. Website use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this site without permission. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Communications
